The burning desire to command her own schedule while raising a family inspired Ms. Barlow to conquer the NYC real estate scene, and in her first year in that role as a broker, she closed over 100 transactions, joining Corcoran’s esteemed Silver Council. For context, that placed her in their top 5%, which is a very impressive achievement.

Ms. Barlow consistently secures deals impossible to close without tenacity, keen business knowledge, and a proven ability to bring people together. She brings these talents along with a genial, energetic style when helping prospective MBAs and high school students navigate the challenging application process.

?Born and raised in Manhattan, Stephanie graduated from college when she was 19 (majoring in Spanish). She kept the Spanish theme alive by pursuing marketing and international business at NYU Stern for her MBA, jetting off to Barcelona for a semester at ESADE.

Stephanie currently lives in New York City with her husband David and two daughters, Zoe and Delilah, the elder of whom is currently going through the college admissions process!

Stephanie has 20 years of experience in marketing, so she has an amazing talent for helping applicants sell themselves. She particularly specializes in helping students with challenging or untraditional profiles present their brands in the best light. As a life coach, she thrives on contributing to students' personal and professional development. For the last seven years, Stephanie has worked with candidates from all backgrounds and in all stages of their lives. Her areas of expertise include: STEM (so all the sciences, math, engineering), business, consulting, technology, pre-law, pre-med and health professions, education, real estate, literature, e-commerce, media and entertainment (Walt Disney and Viacom), performing arts, visual arts, history, philosophy and more.
